Engine Fire: Air India Express Boeing 737 Evacuated In Muscat
An Air India Express flight has been evacuated via slides after a fire broke out in one of its engines. The Boeing 737 was operating as IX-442 between Muscat and Cochin when the incident occurred. All passengers were safely evacuated at Muscat International Airport and nobody was injured as a result of the incident. Fire in the engine Air India Express operates a regular service between Muscat in Oman and Cochin in southern India, flying on a daily basis between the cities.
