Supersonic Bizjet Developer Aerion Halts Operations

Aerion Corp. today ceased operations, citing a lack of available financing for its plans to bring a family of supersonic aircraft to market. As I said before commercial/private supersonic air transportation as we once knew it with the Anglo-French Concorde operation isn't going to happen anytime soon. Fuel costs, engine noise, engine emissions, environmental concerns, regulatory prohibitions and hurdles, and so on will simply not permit supersonic air transpiration.
