It has been a great Ride and look for Many More years of it to come.... If everyone can tolerate some of my wordy answers... LOL... Happy Birthday Flight Aware!
Your site provides me with great information and entertainment. When I am home (Milwaukee) I can always see who it is leaving those contrails in the sky! You provide a wonderful, informative and fun service. Keep it up (and upgraded!)
many happy returns to you guys. ;I get to see so many useful things each day, like who flies what kind of equipment where and when. I have gotten hours of pleasure and many items of helpful information, plus I get to post on Squawks every now and again, plus I got to read and enjoy the postings of Preacher.
Happy 12th Birthday FlightAware and Many Happy Returns of the day. I have been a member from 2006 and enjoyed it every day. In the early days when the kid traveled to Uni or were arriving home for their breaks, we followed their flights. Now, we check FA to check on our own flight departures, delays etc. Thank you very Much.
Like tokomarutui747, I also live in NZ (CHC). I have been kept informed by FA since I joined in 2006 & have enjoyed it all. Happy Birthday FA and may you have many, many more!
Congrats. DB, you had the best idea I never had! I been here since 2006 too, somethin about spottin a good horse early. This site has been a major industry asset and for some of the old guys here, more than just a passing interest. Preacher1 fought it tooth and nail before he signed off. It ain't the same pond but it's certainly the same magnet. Cheers.
Congrats Flight Aware! All the best. Member Since 2008 for tracking the corporate airplanes (CYYZ) that I have worked on and for pleasure... aviation fan since my rubber band propelled Piper Cub to the Avro Arrow models to CYTZ/CNC3 (PPL) to maintaining Falcons, Challengers, Hawkers and Gulfstreams.
Thanks for all you do and sorry I'm late with the birthday wishes. I'm currently using the site to track my other half's cross country flight and your site help reassure us any time one of us flies
FlightAware has always been the most informative and entertaining websites that I have ever used. I say this as a Charter Member. Happy Birthday and keep up the great work!
Ahh, the fond memories of years gone by when flightaware was so, so much better. Too bad the ageless wisdom of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" has been jettisoned and replaced by the spirit of continuous disimprovement. Rollback to 2010.
Much appreciated FA. Good info, great people and spirited discussions every now and then. I for one do enjoy Sparkie's mtnc rants :) but also at the same time I pause to remember those great folks like Wayne Bookout who aren't with us anymore.
Still the best flight tracking website out there, and love all the recent improvements. The only thing missing on the flight information pages is the aircraft tail/registration number with the flight info.
