American Airlines Introduces Touchless Check-in Experience
American Airlines introduces touch-less check-in experience. Starting on July 17th, AA customers will be able to use the new technology, head to the gate without having to touch the Kiosk screen, whether or not they are checking a bag. Who gives a shit about touchless if AA does not block middle seats?!
the flights ar not running full as of yet,so this might work..older folks or those less "with it" as far as travel and using their cell phones for everything might have a problem however,especially since it was announced american plans to furlough or lay off about 25,000 in october if things dont improve..there just wont be an agent or customer service rep around to assist...
'Touch-less'?
The last time I flew American, the check-in people treated me like I had a huge goutier and a third head. They were 'irritated' with having to interrupt their 'normal routine', which was primping in a mirror and yacking to their friends. And the flight attendant, it's the only time I've been yelled at by a 'flight crew'. I was sitting down, and was snapped at to 'SIT DOWN!!!'. I tried to say that I WAS sitting, but she focused her rage on the guy standing beside her, and told him to 'SIT DOWN!!!'

But I did have a flight attendant bitch at me for asking for 'the can', and then come back and offer me a full unopened can. That was on Delta.
But anyway... Fly safe!
