I can't imagine how difficult and stressful that would be especially at your busy airports. Just wonder how ATC will become more computerized to the point where people won't even be running radar anymore. Probably not.

from 1:00 to 1:05 there are a series of flights that depart gatwick to the north but then terminate midair - I spotted that by chance, I wonder how much of the video has artifacts like that
