Sheka Bill Gates would never buy the Vulcan, he is very thrifty with his moneys. Now if you really want to see such a beauty grace the skies over the U.S. permanently let Larry Ellison, Oracle's chairman know that Bill Gates is about to buy that plane, that is all it will take, LOL!!!!
