Tremendous Q!! If Cessna ever publishes a book of their aircraft past to present, this shot should be the centerfold of the "Past" section. A low bow to you, Darryl.

N60010 is c/n 3968, ex-USAAF 42-58477, manufactured 16 Feb 1943 as a UC-78. Assigned to 1st Base HQ and HQ Squadron, Mitchel AAF, NY. Sold as surplus by Reconstruction Finance Corp. 12 Dec 1945 as NC60010 for $6,147.35 with a total time of 603:15 hrs. "Civilianized" 12 Apr 1946.

I'm working on a book which will include similar, more detailed histories for all 5,400 Cessna T-50s (AT-8/AT-17/UC-78/RCAF Crane/US Navy JRC-1)
