BOEING 727-200 (N800AK) - An interesting Boeing seen at KTOL on 18 Jun 2019. This WestStar B727-23 has an extensive history dating back to its’ first delivery in 1968. The flight to TOL originated in Saipan GSN/PGSN (Saipan International Airport) on 7 Jun then to Kapolei, Hawaii (JRF/PHJR), then to Sacramento (MCC/KMCC). On 8 Jun 2019 they left Sacramento (MCC/KMCC) en route to Toledo Express - TOL/KTOL.

It's cool seeing two 727s on the ramp now. I've heard unconfirmed that this one unfortunately might be destined to be parted out.

Love this 727-23 (shorty) with RR Tay engines, even though it has the distinction of being D. Trump's old BizJet. Thanks for posting, Ed!

Did you buy this plane from Donald Trump? It's in the same livery as his 757.

Not sure who the subsequent owner(s) are, but this is DT's old 727. Prob didn't meet noise abatement parameters at LGA anymore along with the fuel expense and requiring 3 crew members etc.
