By Flightaware's own information N400AA is a GIII, not a GV. It only has five windows per side, like a GIII, not six like a GV. It has low bypass Rolls-Royce Spey 511 engines, as seen in this photo, not medium bypass Rolls Royce BR700-710 engines. Also, GVs do not have the "beer can" noise reduction attachments attached to the aft end of the engines as can be found on GIIs and GIIIs. The wing is not nearly wide enough to be the 93'6" of the GV. That's probably enough whining.
