I don't think any Seabee actually saw US navy service.

You are right, but it did serve with the militaries of Israel and South Vietnam, it was tested by the US Army Air Corp and Navy but not taken into service.

With the 4 bladed prop, the old Franklin engine must have been replaced? Wonder what it has for a powerplant?

Not sure what it has for an engine, but I do know that this a new build aircraft, manufactured in 2008.

Many Seabees have a Chevy Corvette engine conversion. Performance is hugely improved over the underpowered Franklin.
