I know this airport well, Gotta love the view of chicago :)
Before they put up the solid 911 security fences you could see that view from the ground and even the 4th of July Fireworks downtown.
I landed in my Grumman Tiger in 1980s on this runway just after a big storm had come through. Lots of water, some hydroplaning, and an airliner behind me. First time and last time at MDW.
