McDonnell Douglas FA-18 Hornet (16-6797)
The two equally timed and small puffs of rubber smoke coming from the tires of the Strike Fighter Squadron Two Eleven (VFA-211) CAG's F/A-18F Super Hornet, 166797, as they kiss the concrete of runway 31L show how expertly this "Fighting Checkmates" Super Bug was touched down as the sun was going down over NAS Fallon.
