As far as I know, this is the only pressurized plane that a pilot can operate under basic med rules provided you stay at or below 18,000'.
Ah, I think 41 years, but it doesn't matter she still looks great. One of the best Cessna twins, fast, and actually can climb with an engine out in a full gross condition. Only down side is the hot plate on the windshield never seemed big enough to see out unless you got close to it. Like looking through a mail slot.
