Curious as to why some of AeroMexico planes have US registrations??

Curious but not unusual, many mexican airlines have had used foreing registrations, far as I know that depends of the lessor's contract, change to a national registration means more paper work, by that mexican airlines with N or EI registrations aren't unusual.
