Southwest Boeing 737 at New York on Jul 22nd 2013, nose gear collapse on landing
A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700, registration N753SW performing flight WN-345 from Nashville,TN to New York La Guardia,NY (USA) with 145 passengers and 5 crew, landed on La Guardia Airport's runway 04 at 17:44L (21:44Z), however, the nose gear collapsed rearwards at landing. Guess SW doesn't emphasize go arounds cause this was sure a classic example of when to do one! Good landings do not result from bad approaches. If it isn't right, go around.
