Incident: Norwegian B737 at Milwaukee on Mar 23rd 2017, rejected takeoff on ATC instruction

I am surprised that this (as the LN prefix indicates) aircraft is actually at least registered in the country of Norway...this is ridiculous!
Why? They fly charters for Apple Vacations and others. MKE has been under used for a long time, by commercial service. A great GA airport otherwise.
