They have been consistently helpful, take me to train to city (5.60 one way) and pick up. No ramp fee with fuel. I was stranded due to weather one night and the Flight instructor John offered to ferry the plane home for me and return the rental car. Can't beat that for service. I give them 5 stars for the little guy. Not only do you get excellent service you save all the BS fees that they charge you in Chicago, such as the high landing fees, ramp fees, handling charges,security chrages, high fuel prices and best of all the ride into the city is shorter in time than MDW, PWK, or ORD. Was a little disapointed when I bought 90 gal of Avgas and still made me pay a ramp fee. And then the next day flew back in and only shut down one engine and dropped a person off and got charged a ramp fee for that. Wasent too happy. But other than that people there were very nice and great line service!!
