Aero L-29 Delfin (VH-XET)
Race 84 (N247SG, an L-39) is perfectly positioned high and right of "Miss Independance" (Race 61, VH-XET, an L-29 Delfin) as they are coming left into the final turn at Pylon 9 to make a passing attempt down the home stretch toward the Finish Line during this Jet Class race at the 2019 Pylon Racing Seminar.

These two jets were so close that sunlight shining on the underside of Race 61's starboard wing and fuselage was reflected on to the port side fuselage of Race 84, creating a brightly illuminated section that is plainly visible in this photo.

For the past 2+ months, I have been travelling all around fulfilling invites and requests. I am using four cameras, and I am buried in photos. Military, commercial, classics, VIP, etc., etc. I have one more photo request to fill at an upcoming event and then I will have 18 days free to get some of them to you, Hundo, Alien, Dave, Viv, Greg, and Uwe. Hundo >>> Gotta tell ya, the Aussies are fantastic! Super friendly and welcoming. (And their brewski is SUPERB!!) These folks know their planes --- AND their beer! They are Triple Crown .... great folks, great planes, and great beer. (Grin). There was a Swiss group here too. Same thing for them: very welcoming and easy-going.
