Does France have F-22's or are those USAF?

The f 22 and the Tbirds were there to commemorate the 100th birthday of the participation of the USA in WW1. French air force flies Rafale and Mirage 2000

The thunderbirds are usually at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
