Mmmm, I see no external indicators of a MC Herc model but the outboard tanks look a lot like a KC, maybe...

@skylab72 - per c-130 dot net, 14-5793 is indeed an MC-130J. With the hose-and-drogue pods, SpecOps helos can fill up en-route to their destination!
