Great bird, got over 6000 hours in it.
I believe it's a Lockheed.
Overhauled and tested the T-56 and GTCP APU's at Misawa Air Base, Japan.
Mark-Great airplane--Designed by Lockheed, later built by Kawasaki in Japan for JMSDF.
Used to fly between CLE and PIT. Gate-to-Gate times were Electra 36 min., 727 35 min.
The P-3 is and was a great plane! (for those of you who don't know, the Lockheed Electra was the commercial, passenger model of the P-3 Orion)
